Being involved and representing major brands in the industry and travelling around the globe going to international hair shows.
COLLEEN KOHLMAN
Colleen is the owner of CAKe. Hair Design and the reason for its namesake (Colleen Ann Kohlman Enterprises). She has been in the industry for over 34 years. Her specialities include: blow outs, blonding, and being herself!
Rochelle Young
Rochelle started at CAKe. Hair Design in October, 2018. She has 17 years in the hair industry. Her specialties are low maintenance hair colours, short clipper cuts, and the perfect bob. She loves making people laugh and is known for her baking in the salon!

Becca poleschuk
Becca has over 8 years of experience, and loves creating looks that compliment your individual style. Easy maintenance, lived in colours are her specialty.
Becca is also our Extension Artist, with multiple certifications in weft extension application.

CAKe. Hair Design is now offering Halo hand-tied hair extensions and extension application. Stylists have been exclusively trained by a Halo Extension Specialist. Prices for the hand-tied extension wefts may vary depending on length and amount needed.
Prices:
1st application $150.00 installation fee, then $25.00 fee per row + cost of extensions (pre-paid prior to ordering).
It is approximately $1000.00 for full length hair install(4-8 wefts of hair) or $550.00 for volume install (2-6 wefts of hair).
Moving up your extensions is recommended every 5-7 weeks and costs $50.00.
5-7 weeks after the move up appointment we will remove your extensions and reinstall. This will be the same cost as the initial appointment ($150.00 install fee, then $25.00 each row installed)
How are hand-tied extensions different from tape in extensions? Hair is individually hand-tied onto a hand-sewn weft by an experienced technician. This attention to detail ensures that hair is strongly secured and does not shed. Hand tied wefts are thinner, flatter, and more flexible allowing the hair extensions to lay closer to the scalp and provide a more natural look and feel.
